Rules

Server Rules

Read the official Palpocalypse rules by topic. Failure to comply may result in warnings, structure removal, item loss, suspension or permanent ban.

Not knowing the rules is not accepted as an excuse. By playing on the server, you confirm that you have read and agreed to all rules.

01General Conduct

Respect and behavior

  • Respect players and administration members.
  • Racism, xenophobia, homophobia, real-life threats, harassment and personal information leaks are severe violations.
  • Game-related arguments are allowed only within reasonable limits.
  • Do not spam in-game chat, Discord or tickets.
  • Do not use offensive names, images or messages for characters, guilds, Pals or bases.

Impersonation

  • Do not pretend to be an administrator or official representative.
  • Do not use names similar to administrators to deceive players.
  • Do not claim access to admin commands or create fake admin messages.
02Cheats, Macros and Exploits

Prohibited tools

  • Cheats, hacks, aimbot, ESP, wallhack, speed hacks and external teleport tools are prohibited.
  • Damage, inventory or visibility modification tools are prohibited.
  • Any tool that reveals players, Pals, bases or resources is prohibited.
  • Attempting to use these tools can result in a permanent ban.

Bugs and duplication

  • Do not duplicate items, Pals, currency or resources.
  • Do not exploit inventory, trading, storage, terrain or structure bugs.
  • Do not keep items obtained through bugs or duplication.
  • Finding a bug is not punishable. Exploiting it or hiding it for advantage is punishable.
  • Serious bugs must be reported to the administration and not disclosed publicly.

Macros and autoclickers

  • Macros that automate movement, combat, capturing, gathering, defense or PvP are prohibited.
  • Autoclickers are only allowed for simple PvE actions such as production, inventory organization or gathering inside your own base.
  • An autoclicker may not move the character or make decisions automatically.
03Accounts, Trading and Guild Limit

Account responsibility

  • Account sharing is the responsibility of the account owner.
  • Any violation committed on an account is attributed to its owner.
  • Banned players may not use another account to continue playing.

Real-money trading

  • Buying, selling or trading accounts, characters, Pals, items, bases, resources, raid services, protection, guild slots or any in-game advantage for real money is prohibited.
  • Trading server items for products or currencies from other games is also prohibited.
  • Only products officially offered by the administration may be sold.

Guild player limit

  • Each guild must respect the server player limit.
  • Do not bypass the limit with secondary guilds, temporary players, alternate accounts, storage guilds or extension guilds.
  • Swapping members during combat or raids is prohibited.
  • All involved players may be punished, not only the guild leader.
04Insiding and Guild Responsibility

Insiding

  • Insiding means joining or remaining in a guild with the intention of harming it.
  • Stealing resources, discarding Pals, destroying your guild structures or sharing base information is prohibited.
  • Disabling defenses, inviting enemies, transferring resources to outside allies or leaving during a raid to help enemies is prohibited.
  • Restoration may happen only when clear evidence is available. Recovery is not guaranteed.

Collective responsibility

  • A guild may be held responsible when members knew about, benefited from, concealed or helped a violation.
  • Guild leaders are expected to guide members and may be responsible for organized or allowed violations.
05PvP Rules

Alliances

  • Alliances between guilds are prohibited.
  • A battle must involve only the guilds directly participating.
  • Coordinated attacks, shared resources during war, protection agreements, Discord coordination and repeated information sharing are illegal alliance indicators.
  • Occasional trading is not automatically an alliance if it does not involve military cooperation.

Third guild in combat

  • A third guild may attack players found on the map only if it acts independently.
  • Repeatedly targeting one side to benefit another is prohibited.

Safe zones and spawn killing

  • Do not attack inside safe zones or abuse their borders.
  • Do not block safe-zone entrances or exits.
  • Repeatedly killing newly respawned players who cannot fight back is prohibited.
  • During raids, controlling nearby respawns may be necessary, but indefinite trapping can be considered abuse.

Stream sniping

  • Do not use live streams to discover locations, bases, inventories, movements or raid positions.
  • Information seen on live streams may not be used in-game.
06Combat Logging and Protection Abuse

Combat logging

  • Do not intentionally disconnect to avoid death, deny dropped items, save a Pal, end pursuit or leave a raid area.
  • Do not disconnect to force structures or entities to unload.
  • Genuine connection problems are reviewed using server logs.

Protection abuse

  • Do not use beginner protection, offline protection or immunity systems for offensive advantage.
  • Examples include attacking and retreating into protection, moving raid items to protected bases, storing allies equipment under protection or using protected players as scouts.
07Raid Rules

Raid start

  • A raid starts when a guild damages a base, destroys structures, attacks defending Pals, blocks exits or surrounds a base with raiding intent.

Raid participants

  • Only official members of involved guilds may participate.
  • Receiving equipment from third guilds, swapping players, using alternate accounts, calling outside guilds or using guildless support is prohibited.

Item transfers during raids

  • Do not transfer items, Pals or resources to another guild, alternate account, unauthorized secondary base, protected player, outside character or inaccessible map area.
  • Defenders may move resources between their own legal bases if they do not exploit bugs or improper protection.

Raid failures

  • If a general outage, rollback or major failure happens during a raid, administration decides whether the raid continues, ends, repeats or receives restoration.
  • There is no automatic guarantee of compensation.
08Counter-Raid Rules
  • A counter-raid happens when a third guild interferes in an ongoing raid.
  • It is only allowed when the third guild acts in its own interest and attacks all parties independently.
  • Coordination, shared voice communication, item sharing, safe passage, selective attacks or returning loot afterward are prohibited.
  • Using counter-raid as an excuse to defend allies is prohibited.
  • Loot belongs to the guild that obtained it. Prior loot-split agreements are evidence of illegal cooperation.
09Building Rules

Prohibited areas

  • Do not build out of bounds, inside inaccessible areas, inside boss areas, on event locations, on essential progression locations or in officially prohibited regions.

Blocking access

  • Do not completely block important cave entrances, fast-travel points, merchants, bosses, towers, dungeons, event areas or unique progression spawns.
  • Ordinary resources inside a legal base area may be occupied. There is no separate prohibition against building around oil nodes.

Turret placement

  • Turrets may not be built close enough to fast-travel points, boss arenas, towers, event locations, safe zones or other protected progression areas to automatically kill arriving players.
  • Do not position turrets to exploit the brief loading period in which a player becomes visible before they can react after teleporting.
  • Turrets used to control public travel routes or protected content may be removed without compensation, even if the game permits the placement.

Secondary bases

  • Guilds may own only the number of bases allowed by server settings.
  • Secondary bases may not be maintained by alternate accounts, affiliated guilds, former members or guildless extensions.

Performance-heavy builds

  • Administration may remove or request changes to structures that harm performance.
  • Excessive decorations, lights, overlapping structures, too many Pals, unnecessary production lines or crash-causing constructions may be removed.
10Punishment System

Punishments are guidelines. Administration may increase or reduce them based on severity, intent, advantage gained, punishment history, affected players, cooperation, concealment attempts and repeat offenses.

  • Items, Pals, structures or bases obtained through violations may be removed.
  • 6-hour suspensions may apply to moderate spam, arguing after warnings, inappropriate names and minor safe-zone violations.
  • 12-hour suspensions may apply to combat logging, repeated spawn killing, minor protection abuse, improper raid interference, severe toxicity or repeated minor violations.
  • 3-day suspensions may apply to illegal alliances, coordinated multi-guild raids, stream sniping, offline protection abuse, significant exploit use, alternate-account abuse, insiding, non-real-money external trading, terrain building without cheats or falsified evidence.
  • 7-day suspensions may apply to serious bug exploitation, small or medium duplication, major insiding, organized alliances, suspension evasion, sabotage or repeated serious violations.
11Permanent Bans and No-Guaranteed Appeal Cases

Permanent bans

  • Cheats, hacks, aimbot, ESP, wallhack, large-scale duplication, real-money trading and attacks against the server normally result in permanent bans.
  • Attempts to crash the server, real-life threats, personal information leaks, repeated ban evasion, staff impersonation, malicious files, account theft or severe economy-breaking exploitation can result in permanent bans.
  • Administration may ban related accounts, alternate accounts and associated devices.

No guaranteed appeal

  • Confirmed cheating, server attacks, real-money sales, fraudulent chargebacks, personal information leaks, real-life threats, account theft, malicious files and permanent-ban evasion are not guaranteed an appeal.
  • Administration may still review internally if a technical error or wrong identification occurred.
12Appeals, Evidence and Reports

Appeals

  • Open a ticket and provide in-game name, Steam ID or platform identifier, punishment date, stated reason, full explanation, evidence and involved players.
  • Appeals in global chat, private messages, friends messages, public channels, threats, insults or repeated tickets after a final decision will not be reviewed.

Accepted evidence

  • Full videos, uncropped screenshots, server records, combat logs, guild logs, inventory history, Discord messages, live streams and verifiable reports may be considered.
  • Heavily edited videos or screenshots without context may be rejected.

Reports

  • Reports must be submitted through tickets with evidence, context, date/time and involved players or guilds.
  • Do not publish accusations in global chat or provoke accused players into more violations.
  • False or manipulated reports may result in punishment.
13Administration Authority
  • Administration may intervene in situations not expressly described when an action gives unfair advantage, harms server operation, bypasses the intent of the rules, damages the community experience, exploits a new bug or risks players/server safety.
  • Rules may be updated at any time. Important changes will be announced through official channels.
  • No payment guarantees punishment removal.
